Photo: Is it a radar-resistant flying boat?

During a "war game" started Friday, the Iran military tested a small propeller-driven aircraft that flies low over water surface at up to 100 knots.

"Because of its hull's advanced design," Iran state television said, "no radar at sea or in the air can locate it. It can lift out of the water. It is wholly domestically built and can launch missiles with precise targeting while moving."

U.S. officials warned that the Islamic Republic has a tendency to "boast and exaggerate." This screenshot was taken from a video hosted by Al Alam News.

From the grainy video, the flying boat can be seen racing on water to gain speed for takeoff.
