Photos: iPhone-friendly video specs hit O2 shops

The next big thing? Or pure Nathan Barley?
Myvu, which makes video eyewear for portable video devices and mobile phones, has signed a deal with mobile operator O2 to bring its Crystal range of video specs (pictured) to the UK.

The glasses, which enable the wearer to watch a 640 x 480 video image while keeping hands free for other tasks (though clearly not driving), are compatible with Apple's iPhone, Nokia N Series phones and the majority of LG and Samsung mobiles, according to Myvu.
Noise cancelling headphones are built in - so you can plug in and tune out.

While the video display is still visible in sunlight, Myvu recommends teaming the specs with a hat - or suitably lofty Hoxton fin haircut - for the best viewing experience.
The glasses will go on sale in O2's flagship store at the O2 Arena (pictured above) next month, and then roll out to O2 stores across the UK. RRP £199.99.
