Hybrid Qwerty-touch business phone meets entertainment powerhouse...

Nokia has refreshed its Eseries range of Symbian-based business-focused handsets with the E6, pictured above, the successor to the E72 and E71 handsets - which were originally launched in 2008.

The Nokia E6 takes a hybrid approach to input, with a full physical Qwerty keyboard on the front of the handset below a capacitive touchscreen.

The handset is due to launch in the second quarter of this year, and it runs an updated version of Nokia's Symbian OS - known as Anna.

The E6 is made from glass and steel, and comes in three colours: black, pictured above, silver and white.

The HSDPA handset has 802.11a/b/n wi-fi and GPS. There's 8GB of onboard memory with up to 32GB supported via Micro SD card.

Nokia is touting the E6 as a device that can be operated with one hand. The TFT LCD screen is 2.46 inches and has a resolution of 640 x 480.

The battery life of the device is 14.8 hours of talk time using GSM or 7.5 hours with WCDMA, and up to one month on standby, according to Nokia.
