Press conference

On Wednesday, New York City's Times Square Information Center--located in the historic space that was formerly the Embassy movie theater--was the venue for a press conference for the release of "Final Fantasy XII," the latest installment in the popular video game series by Square Enix. To mark the occasion, Oct. 11 was officially deemed Final Fantasy XII Day by NYC & Company, the city's tourist bureau.

Final Fantasy XII Day was held in conjunction with the DigitalLife trade show, which will be held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center from Thursday through Sunday.
