    This DisplayCard from InCard Technologies generates a new password at the push of a button. The numerical one-time password is shown in a box on the card itself.

    The button is on the back of the DisplayCard. The password could be used in combination with a PIN (personal identification number) to provide two-factor authentication--and help online shoppers avoid fraud, InCard says.

    The one-time passwords generated by the DisplayCard are authenticated by a secure server to help ensure that the cardholder is the one making the transaction. Also, the physical card must be present to serve up the password.
