Hootsuite

Hootsuite is a social media management dashboard available in both free and premium versions. The dashboard is set out in a column style and can display multiple Twitter accounts, feeds, direct messages and responses. You can also auto schedule messages and track click rates on links you've shared. 

A new share extension has been added for iOS 8, which allows you to post to all of your social networks at the same time.

Followerwonk

Followerwonk is a web-based service which while not a standard app, does demand some notice. Once signed in with your Twitter account, you can analyze Twitter-based stats to work out the best time to send out messages, scrutinize your followers and target audience, as well as view the most active times your followers are online -- and therefore most likely to read what you have to say.

Pagemodo

Buffr is a social networking tool which allows you to manage multiple LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts. You can set up update schedules, send out messages through the platform and use the system with a variety of browser extensions to make sharing quicker and track your most engaging Tweets.
