Sneak Peek: BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac

Research in Motion has announced that it will make its BlackBerry Desktop Manager available for Mac. The manager will provide capabilities including the ability to sync to iTunes (playlists, calendars, contacts, notes, tasks), add and remove applications, perform firmware updates, create backups (and restore from them), automatically schedule backups with optional encryption, and manage multiple BlackBerry devices at the same time.
