Chocolate

Produced from roasted and ground cacao seeds, initially chocolate was served as a bitter drink. Someone had the brilliant idea of adding sugar and milk to the mixture which changed the way we consume this fabulous food.

Ice cream is made by freezing dairy products and is usually very hard. Introducing air during the freezing process ensures that the ice cream remains soft and lick-able, straight from the freezer.
