172,000 PCs joined zombie networks daily in May 2005

In an interview with the New York Times CipherTrust estimates the number of PCs daily added to the zombie networks. In March 2005 143,000 computers joined daily, in April the number went up to 157,000, and in May 2005 the researchers saw a sharp rise to 172,000 computers.
