6.5 mln US households have DVRs, 33 mln have digital cameras, 80.8 mln have DVD players

The number of homes with digital video recorders grew to 6.5 mln in 2004 (an increase of 119% from 2003). Households with digital cameras grew to 33 mln (a 44% increase from 2003). Homes with DVD players grew to 80.8 mln (an increase of 19% from 2003), according to CENTRIS.
