There's not much we don't know about the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge smartphones. The duo are expected to be announced by Samsung at its February 21 media event.

In a new report, Android World says the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be available for pre-order on Monday, February 21. Furthermore, both smartphones are said to come with a free Gear VR headset if the smartphone is pre-ordered. The rumor was subsequently "confirmed" by reliable mobile leaker, Evleaks, in a tweet. The promotion is believed to end March 10.

Evleaks further spoiled Samsung's secrets by sharing alleged press images of the upcoming Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, giving a clear look at Samsung's next flagship smartphones.

The Galaxy S7 is expected to feature a 5.1-inch 1440 x 2560 quad HD display with Super AMOLED, and the Galaxy S7 Edge is expected to feature a slightly larger curved 5.5-inch display with the same resolution. It has been also suggested that the displays will feature a new technology called ClearForce that is rumored to work much like the 3D Touch feature on the new iPhone 6s.

Evleak's images show the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will come in three colors: Gray, Black, and Gold -- like its main competitor, the iPhone 6s.
