Amazon sued over music patents

A San Francisco-based music firm has filed suit against Amazon.com Inc.

A San Francisco-based music firm has filed suit against Amazon.com Inc. (amzn) and other sites, accusing them of violating its patents. Intouch Group Inc. filed the suit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco earlier this week.
