It's blurry as all get out, but a snapshot of Gingerbread running on a mobile device has cropped up and apparent details have begun to leak.

Along with the blurry photo comes some details about the operating system. The user interface is more polished -- and more "green". You've also got new things like native bounce effects when you scroll too far on a list. Besides the global UI element updates, Google is focused on making their built-in apps feel very consistent across the board (like Photos, Gmail, YouTube, etc.)

The new version also appears to include video chat and Google Voice over wifi, according to Phandroid.
