Asia-Pacific mobile data to generate $35 bln in 2009

Mobile data service revenue in Asia/Pacific will increase from $15.7 bln in 2005 to $35 bln in 2009, a compound annual growth rate of 22.3%. The number of mobile connections will increase from 678 mln to 1.2 bln during that period, according to Gartner.
