Betrusted offers fast and secure backup service
Trusted Backup is a policy-based tool that removes responsibility for file backup from end users, automatically enforcing backup policies. Periodically, it encrypts changed data and sends it to the vault. In a recovery, the requested file is delivered and restored automatically. There is no delay compared to tape retrieval from an offsite library, the company claimed.
Trusted Backup components include Desktop/Laptop Edition services and Server Edition services. Both services support 448-bit Blowfish encrypted storage and 128-bit SSL encrypted transmission, as well as incremental backup services.
Betrusted offers several managed services, including certificate authority services, SecurID (strong authentication), secure e-mail, secure vault, identity management and others. The company also consults in related areas such as security risk assessment or audits and reviews.
