AllVoice Computing, a U.K.-based maker of voice-recognition software, announced Friday that it had signed a licensing agreement with IBM. The computing giant will have a non-exclusive license to use all of AllVoice's voice-recognition software patents. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. --David Becker, Special to ZDNet News
