The worldwide market for offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) is projected to top $100 bln in 2004 and there's more to come, says eMarketer. Gartner estimates that offshore BPO market will reach $131 bln in 2004, and that represents nearly an 8% increase over the $121 bln figure for 2003.
