Buy Exchange, not Domino - Forrester
A premier league analyst has given the thumbs up to Microsoft's Exchange in a survey of the e-mail competition.
Forrester Research said Exchange has improved its server architecture, groupware abilities and Internet hooks, and expects that it will overtake Lotus Domino in terms of speed and functions over the next six months.
The report, 'Regrading The E-mail Vendors', says Lotus's Notes-based technology is falling behind and says Netscape is making progress in Internet-oriented operations.
