Another compact, squarish box full of home entertainment fun has debuted. This time it is from Dell with its Inspiron Zino HD.

Powered by an AMD Phenom II quad-core processor, the Zino HD is prepared to connect to HDTVs, computers and other home theater devices via HDMI and VGA.

Users can store video and audio content to the 1TB of onboard storage space or utilize the built-in Blu-ray disc drive. Sound isn't shabby with the THX 7.1 surround sound technology, and there is an IR remote plus a wireless keyboard for adjusting controls.

Available in three vividly-named hues (Tomato Red, Peacock Blue and Mercury Silver), the Inspiron Zino HD is available immediately for $299.
