The Economist quotes the OECD data on outsourcing growth from 2002 to 2003. Estonia, China, Morocco and Ethiopia demonstrated the highest growth in 2003. There were 1.5 mln service jobs outsourced abroad from developed countries. By 2008 that number will have risen to 4.1 mln.
