Flash storage firm countersues Intel
Silicon Storage Technology Inc.has filed a countersuit against Intel Corp. in a patent dispute.
Intel sued Silicon Storage Friday, claiming that its Flash EEPROM memory chips, which can be electrically erased and reprogrammed, infringed on four Intel patents. Silicon's suit today charges Intel with anti-competitive practices.
