The average profit for films rated G rose to $92.3 mln from $74.2 mln, PG vaulted to $78.8 mln from $9.9 mln, PG-13 rose to $45.6 mln from $15.4 mln, and R-rated films increased to $17.9 mln from $3 mln, according to Dove Foundation (an advocate for wholesome family entertainment, so the survey is not quite independent).
