From ZDNet Australia:

Analyst firm Gartner has advised its clients to halt deployments of Research In Motion's BlackBerry e-mail devices because of a legal battle that could see a judge effectively shut down the company's U.S. operations.

That legal battle is a patent infringement suit that, according to News.com's Declan McCullagh, "threatens to imperil the company's BlackBerry service in the United States."  If you own a BlackBerry or run a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (and support BlackBerry users), then perhaps you have questions for the company's co-CEO Mike Lazaridis. Currently, I'm scheduled to interview him by phone tomorrow.  If you have questions, feel free to use the comments section below or write to me at david.berlind@cnet.com.
