Google Calendar link in Gmail

In my initial post about Google Calendar, I lamented that a link was not available in Gmail to make switching between the two applications easier. It just appeared today - that wasn't so hard now was it? Much as I appreciate the "rolling feature release game" as much as the next person, this should have been there at launch.

Now, about those other features I asked for...
