Browsing though the support area on Google can be slow at times, and occasionally shows a timeout screen telling you to try again in 30 seconds. I was trying to access the toolbar support area recently, and was shown an interesting screen that says "Search Knowledge Base". At the bottom says "Copyright 2002 NeoTonic Software Corporation" and to the far right said "Powered by Trakken".
It's obvious they are using another piece of software created by NeoTonic for their CRM needs -- their website even has a success story from Google. I wonder how long it will be before Google offers their own CRM software to help either themselves or all small businesses store and search online and offline customer information.
