HTC to unveil Android-powered HTC Hero on June 24

HTC, manufacturer of the T-Mobile G1 and Google Ion smartphones, is scheduled to unveil its new Android-powered smartphone, the HTC Hero, in London on June 24, according to a new report via DigiTimes.Interestingly, the HTC Hero will be available in two versions: with and without a QWERTY keyboard.

HTC, manufacturer of the T-Mobile G1 and Google Ion smartphones, is scheduled to unveil its new Android-powered smartphone, the HTC Hero, in London on June 24, according to a new report via DigiTimes.

Interestingly, the HTC Hero will be available in two versions: with and without a QWERTY keyboard. The model with a keyboard will be named HTC Memphis or HTC Lancaster. for sale by AT&T exclusively in the US for six months starting the third quarter, DigiTimes reports.
