IBM preps DVD-capable ThinkPad
IBM will set a new high-water mark in notebook PCs next week when it announces the ThinkPad 770.
The 233MHz Pentium MMX-based unit will offer a 14.1-inch TFT screen and internal DVD-ROM drive as well as 3D Dolby surround-sound and other high-end features.
Big Blue will also launch new enterprise servers.
