IDC: IT spending in life sciences

IT spending in life sciences was $14.6 billion in 2002 and could grow to as high as $34.5 billion in 2007. Though the current 20% growth rate of IT spending on life sciences is likely to soften, it's still significantly higher than in other sectors.
