I could almost hear the conversation now.

"Where do you want to go for lunch?"

"How about Italian?"

"What Rome again? We went there yesterday."

"I'd enjoy some Caribbean food."

"What up with you and that island? I got sick last time."

"I know, let's go to the mountains."

It would take a whole lunch hour to pick out a place.
