Index Bench: Should rollyo be worried?

On August 29th, Google registered a group of related domains that I didn't put much thought into -- indexbench.com.  Gary Price, the master of online databases, found that Google applied for a trademark on "IndexBench" three days after these domains were registered.
One thing is certain, IndexBench is important enough to slap a trademark on -- that renewed my curiosity.  After spending some time analyzing the name,  I think I know what we are be talking about here.  Do you remember "rollyo"?  This is a great service that lets you build your own search engine using sources you trust.  My official guess is that IndexBench will be a "place to build" your own "index".

If we are talking about what I think, how would Google implement it?  I would guess that Google could use their massive personalization engine to give some decent suggestions of sources you would "trust".   Using these, it would be easy for them to give everyone a pretty nice "custom search engine" out of the box.  What do you think?
