Intel announced it is expanding its Teach to the Future technology training program. Launched in 2000 in a limited number of states, the program is now available to all kindergarten through high school teachers who wish to learn how to integrate technology more effectively into their classrooms.

Launched in 2000 in a limited number of states, the program is now available to all kindergarten through high school teachers who wish to learn how to integrate technology more effectively into their classrooms. Intel said the program, also supported by Microsoft, is on track to provide free training to 500,000 teachers in 24 countries, including 100,000 in the United States, by the end of 2002. --David Becker, Special to ZDNet News
