Internet stock fraud suspect pleads not guilty

Gary Dale Hoke has pleaded not guilty to fabricating an Internet report that drove up the stock price of his former employer, PairGain Technologies, according to the Associated Press.

Hoke is facing up to 10 years in prison and a $1m (£600,000) fine on securities fraud charges. Hoke, 25, posted $50,000 bail.
