Internet is the third most popular source for Canadians to obtain information about prescription drugs, cited by 28%, right after doctors at 64% and pharmacists at 55% of respondents. 49% of doctors in the US have gone online to research a particular drug and 55% have turned to the Net for more information on a particular condition.
