LiveTime Software, a developer of enterprise Service Management, Help Desk and Support software today announced LiveTime Service Manager and Help Desk is now available for the iPhone.

LiveTime is positioning these utilities as ideal for field technicians and customers. A key plus: service desk staff can perform support and change requests from the road by accessing LiveTime's Configuratin Management Database via the iPhone.
