Magellan has just unveiled the 2010 lineup of RoadMate GPS navigators with a slew of additional features, including more maps, live traffic updates and larger screens.

Magellan's new release consists of eight GPS devices. First up are a trio of 4.3-inch devices, starting with the RoadMate 2035 packing maps of the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico. The RoadMate 2036 steps it up with the addition of Canadian coverage and the AAA Tourbook program, and the RoadMate 2045 rounds it out with all of the above plus an expansion micro SD slot.

There's a quartet of 4.7-inch models. The most basic of the four is the RoadMate 3045 with maps of the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. The next three add on features one by one, starting with the RoadMate 3045-LM with continuous free map updates, the RoadMate 3055 includes Bluetooth and voice dialing, and the RoadMate 3065 Commuter model boasts an traffic monitor that turns on automatically with periodic reporting.

Finally, the RoadMate 5045 is most similar to the RoadMate 3045 with coverage of the US, Canada and Puerto Rico - but this one totes a 5-inch display.

The entire RoadMate series are pre-loaded with several programs across the board. Those assets consist of free lifetime live traffic updates, a personalization feature to save favorite places and searches, an parking lot finder and a spell checker. Some models also come with AAA's Tourbook app for finding local restaurants and hotels, so if you're planning to use this for a lot of road trips, be sure to look for that on the product description.

All of the new RoadMate series devices are available now, with prices ranging between $169.99 and $299.99.
