Mail.com (Nasdaq: MAIL) said it would acquire NetMoves Corp.

Mail.com (Nasdaq: MAIL) said it would acquire NetMoves Corp. (Nasdaq: NTMV) in a deal worth $173 million. Mail.com said it would add NetMoves' corporate-focused messaging products, including its Internet fax solution, to its suite of messaging products. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
