Major Road Runner e-mail problem reported

Road Runner, Time Warner's high-speed Internet service, is reporting a "major nationwide problem" with its e-mail system. An automated response on the company's information line tells customers a crew is working on the problem but there is no estimated time for the repairs to be completed.
