Nightclub and publishing group Ministry of Sound is adding customer relationship management (CRM) software to its website in a revamp orchestrated by ICL.

The beleaguered eservices company has provided the software, which tracks visitors to the site showing how long they spend on each page. ICL has also built a chatroom for the site. Back-end systems were also changed, allowing content to be updated more quickly and syndicated to other sites using file transfer protocol (FTP). The applications run on Windows 2000.
