NetGem joins Internet and TV
NetGem fuses TV with Internet.
Television and the Internet took a step closer to merging Thursday in an unholy alliance of multimedia proportions, when US company NetGem TV revealed its new line in Internet-optimised television hardware.
NetGem's new hardware will allow television manufacturers to produce TVs specially designed for Web browsing, as well as interactive television.
Joseph Haddad, CEO of NetGem, believes this will greatly improve viewers' televisual experience. "NetGem is proud to be leading this new wave in the revolution to bring Internet to homes, hotels, and wherever television is found," he said.
