News Burst: S3 in Intel license pact
Graphics chip maker S3 Inc. has signed a 10-year cross-licensing pact with Intel Corp.
The deal involves license for semiconductor products. S3 has also been named a validation for Intel's AGP 4X. Intel has also agreed to buy warrants to purchase S3 stock. Financial details were not released.
