A security group accessed the e-mail addresses of 114,000 iPad owners, revealing a security breach that AT&T has since closed. It appears that no other information was revealed - but it does represent the first breach of its kind on Apple's newest product.

Just a month or so ago, the feds were questioning the competitive landscape of mobile advertising. Today, there's a full-fledged mobile ad war, with the first battle kicking off over new language in the Apple iOS developer's terms that appear to prohibit AdMob and Google ads on the iPhone.

The weekend's mobile phone buzz belonged to Sprint's Evo 4G. How well did the phone sell? Apparently not quite as well as Sprint would have you think. Instead of selling "three times the number of" Samsung Instinct and Palm Pre devices sold in their first three days, as the company originally said, that number is more "in line" - still nothing to cough at.
