Okta, Box better integrate for enterprise mobility management
Okta and Box have expanded their partnership to support secure access across multiple devices and endpoints.
The two companies said the are integrating Okta Mobility Management and Box's storage and collaboration service.
According to the company this enterprise mobility management (EMM) integration will allow IT to centralize control over access to Box.
Okta and Box for EMM will combine single sign-on and unified provisioning with access to corporate files and docs. For instance, access to an enterprise Box mobile app will be available from Okta's app store with two taps. Personal and enterprise data will also be separated.
The two companies have a bevy of joint customers. According to Okta, Box is one of the top three applications accessed by the company's users.
Okta and Box for EMM is in preview now and production March 23.
