Orange goes Wild for secretaries
Mobile phone company Orange has given birth to the 'cyber-secretary', a voice-activated service for accessing names and numbers on mobile phones.
Called Wildfire, the service offers access to a personal database of names and telephone numbers as well as message prioritising and quick call back functions.
Chief operating officer at Orange, Bob Fuller, says: "Keypad entries will become a thing of the past. Wildfire is yet another step on the road to our vision of a wire-free future."
Wildfire will cost a single £10 payment and is available to all Orange mobile phone customers.
