Post Office unveils returns program
The U.S. Postal Service will launch an electronic merchandise returns program.
The U.S. Postal Service will launch an electronic merchandise returns program. Under the system, merchants can issue prepaid return labels online that customer can print themselves. The system will initially launch with Altrec.com, but the USPS says more than 500 companies have signed up to use it. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNet News
