Programming note: Welcome Andrew Nusca to our blog

As you may have noticed we've had a bit of a graphic swap at the top of the blog. Tom Steinert-Threlkeld has been swapped for Andrew Nusca.

Tom will continue on Between the Lines as a guest contributor from time to time, but his new role as Editor-in-Chief of Securities Industry News is keeping him too busy to contribute regularly.

Andrew mans our Toybox blog and posts frequently on Between the Lines. Now he's got a mug he'll be appearing a little more frequently.
