PricewaterhouseCoopers and BroadVision have entered into an expanded global alliance.

The alliance offers clients advanced, one-to-one customer relationship management (CRM) tools and services globally, built around BroadVision’s e-business solution suites on open standards.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has built several B2B prototype and B2C solutions using BroadVision technology for the following industries: consumer packaged goods and energy industries; using BroadVision technology for the retail and telecommunications industries; and a banking solution for the financial services industry. Solutions for the pharmaceutical and insurance industries are forthcoming.

PricewaterhouseCoopers and BroadVision have been working together over the past year on more than 20 engagements, across many industries, Fortune 500 and new economy clients. The expanded alliance will combine the global reach, e-business acumen, consulting and systems integration experience of PricewaterhouseCoopers with BroadVision’s suite of integrated e-business software products and services.

The BroadVision industry prototypes and other BroadVision technology solutions have been incorporated into several PricewaterhouseCoopers solution centers in the United States and United Kingdom.

Through a BroadVision certified training programme, PricewaterhouseCoopers has more than 750 consultants, trained on BroadVision’s e-business applications. The company plans to train an additional 750 consultants over the next year.
