The app-let allows areas in a QuickTime VR scene ('URL Hot Spots') to link directly to graphics, movies, music, text and other Web pages. It also extends QuickTime's functions with addittional playback commands, and supports current versions of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

QuickTime Plug-In 1.1 requires QuickTime 2.1 and can be downloaded for free later this year.

Apple can be contacted by telephone on 0181-730 2480.
