Save $50 on BlackBerry Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 from LetsTalk.com

Pre-order your BlackBerry Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 from Sprint through LetsTalk.com to knock $50 off your bill.

Want one of the new BlackBerry smartphones Verizon and Sprint introduced yesterday, but not too keen on paying either carrier more than other new phones with a two-year contract? LetsTalk.com, an authorized retailer for Sprint and other telecoms, is listing the Bold 9930 for $200 and the Torch 9850 for $100, rather than $249.99 and $149.99 direct from Sprint.

LetsTalk.com is able to offer steeper discounts on new handsets from carriers because it has no brick and mortar stores so it can save on overhead costs, and make commission from telecoms for signing up new users to service agreements.

From what I can tell clicking through the company's website, these prices are only available to new subscribers and people adding new lines to an existing family plan, but not to existing Sprint customers. Customers can also be slapped with a $250 fee if they end their contract with Sprint within less than 181 days (six months) so buyer beware.

Because Sprint is not launching these BlackBerries until August 21, you can pre-order the phones online today but they will not arrive until after the carrier's release date. If saving an extra $50 on your Bold 9930 and or Torch 9850 is important to you, then LetsTalk.com's offer is one to consider.

Has anyone ordered a phone from LetsTalk.com? Would you recommend going through an authorized reseller like this company or buying direct from carriers? Please share with us in the comments below.
