InStat-MDR published the results of customer dissatisfaction survey among cell phone users. The winners are: T-Mobile (25%), Sprint (21.9%), AT%T Wireless (21.2%), Cingular (17.9%), Verizon Wireless (10.4%), Nextel (8.8%).
