Got an old iPod from the last couple of years to get rid of? Toys "R" Us will probably take it and give you something in return if you act quickly.

Even iPods will soon be sold at select Toys "R" Us locations and online very soon. Talk about one fancy toy.

To kick off the venture, the toy store giant has launched an incentive program where consumers can bring in old iPods to get money towards a new iPod or iPod touch.

Some of the catches include that you can only bring a maximum of three iPods in for exchange, and each one will be evaluated and appraised based on age, wear and tear, etc. Oh, and they have to be in working condition still. (There goes my pink iPod mini that doesn't work anymore unless plugged in by Firewire to my laptop.)

But still, you could earn up to $100 per iPod, which would making purchasing a new one quite a bargain. But you have to act fast as the program will only last one week from Sunday, October 17 to Saturday, October 23.
